Unique Senior Care are searching for an exceptional candidate to fill the role of Community Liaison Officer, joining our expanding Warwickshire team. This exciting new opportunity will involve the development and nurturing of strategic industry relationships, building strong connections with clients and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for ensuring revenue objectives are met and exceeded, in a career whose breadth spans sales, marketing and research. You will be reporting your findings weekly, working with the wider team at Unique to further both client and carer acquisitions.
Responsibilities:
· Manage all aspects of business development
· Build relationships within the community
· Develop marketing and promotional activities
· Keep all adverts and marketing materials up-to-date
· Maintain and update all networking databases and referral files
· Conduct market research to identify new customers and markets
· Achieve and exceed figures targets
· Plan and maintain networking campaigns
· Collaborate with managers and departments to ensure a smooth acquisition process and customer satisfaction
· Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status
Requirements:
· Experience in sales
· Experience in preparing and managing promotional campaigns
· Understand sales and marketing within local communities
