Customer Liaison Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Liaison Coordinator to join our team at Finlay Jude Associates Limited. As a key member of our Sales operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving exceptional customer experiences and scaling our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Query Resolution: Handle and resolve all queries from clients and third parties in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Relationship Management: Manage internal and external relationships to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Liaison and Communication: Liaise with customers, various internal departments, and suppliers to ensure accurate updates and effective issue resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Assist the Management team in driving business growth and implementing process improvements.
  • Customer Feedback: Manage customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven working experience in a similar role within Customer Service or Customer Experience.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to manage and drive the customer experience to the highest standard.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to cope under pressure and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
