Live out Housekeeper required for a UHNW client inMayfair

We areseeking a highly skilled and experienced live out Housekeeper forlovely UHNW client living in a sixfloor 4bedroom townhouse withhigh end level finish. This role involves maintaining cleanlinessand orderliness. You will report directly to the HouseManager.
The familyis composed of 2 adults and 2 children (Baged 15 at boarding schooland G aged 14 at day school) grandma who stays occasionally. Thefamily also has 2 small dogs mini toy poodles which usually thelive in Housekeeper looksafter.
Duties:
1.Perform allhousekeeping duties including cleaning laundry and ironing (doneunder laundress instructions just at the weekend) andorganizing.
2.Coordinate withthe live in Housekeeper and/ or the Head Housekeeper (which theyare looking to hire) to ensure continuous coverage of all duties
3.Occasionallyassisting the 14 years old daughter when needed/ when the parentsareaway.
4.Reportmaintenance or repairneeds.
5.No cookingneeded but if you can cook then this is abonus.
6.Any other dutiesrelated to housekeeping as and when needed/requested.
Working Daysand Hours
5days a week working a rota with the Head Housekeeper to cover allduties. Essentially you will always work a Fri and either Sat orSun 3 more days during the week. You will have days off either aSat or a Sun and one day during theweek.
Workinghours: 45h a week from 9am6pm (with some flexibility from time totime depending on the family requirements) slightly more hours whenfamily in the property

Requirements
1.Provenhousekeeping experience in a highend privateresidence.
2.Previous UHNWIhousehold (min 2years)
3.Attention todetail and high standards ofcleanliness.
4.Ability to workefficiently independently and as part of ateam.
5.The Housekeepershould be a selfstarter proactive andmotivated.
Benefits
45k gross per annum possibly a bit more for the rightcandidate.
