Live out Head Housekeeper role for UHNWI client in Mayfair

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced live out Head Housekeeper for lovely UHNW client living in a six-floor, 4-bedroom townhouse with high end level finish. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness. You will report directly to the House Manager.
The family is composed of 2 adults and 2 children (B-aged 15 at boarding school and G- aged 14 at day school) + grandma who stays occasionally. The family also has 2 small dogs -mini toy poodles – which usually are looked after by the live in Housekeeper.
The client has a live in Filipina Housekeeper who has been with them for many years and they are currently recruiting for another either live out or live in Housekeeper, so you will be in charge of a team of 2 Housekeepers.
Duties:
1. Leading the housekeeping team and setting the standards needed throughout the house
2. Assisting the lady of the house and laundress with personal wardrobe and toiletry and cosmetic orders
3. Tracking and managing all housekeeping stock as well as lady of the house’s items
4. On the job training of all the housekeeping team and maintains the standards
5. Organising the housekeeping rotation to provide adequate cover
6. Summer travel to France if/ when required.
7. Any other duties related to housekeeping/ Head Housekeeping as and when needed/ requested.
Working Days and Hours
Hours of work is over a 5 day a week period working between 45-50 hrs a week depending on family requirements. Flexibility to work weekends when required.

Requirements
1. Proven head housekeeping experience in a high-end private residence.
2. Previous UHNWI household (min 2 years)
3. Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
4. Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team/ in charge of a team of Housekeepers.
5. The Housekeeper should be a self-starter, proactive and motivated.
Benefits£55k-£65k gross per annum, possibly a bit more for the right candidate.
