We areseeking a highly skilled and experienced live out Head Housekeeperfor lovely UHNW client living in a sixfloor 4bedroom townhouse withhigh end level finish. This role involves maintaining cleanlinessand orderliness. You will report directly to the HouseManager.


The familyis composed of 2 adults and 2 children (Baged 15 at boarding schooland G aged 14 at day school) grandma who stays occasionally. Thefamily also has 2 small dogs mini toy poodles which usually arelooked after by the live inHousekeeper.


The clienthas a live in Filipina Housekeeper who has been with them for manyyears and they are currently recruiting for another either live outor live in Housekeeper so you will be in charge of a team of 2Housekeepers.


Duties:

1.Leading the housekeeping team and setting the standards neededthroughout thehouse

2.Assisting the lady of the house and laundress with personalwardrobe and toiletry and cosmeticorders

3.Tracking and managing all housekeeping stock as well as lady of thehouse sitems

4. Onthe job training of all the housekeeping team and maintains thestandards

5.Organising the housekeeping rotation to provide adequatecover

6.Summer travel to France if/ whenrequired.

7.Any other duties related to housekeeping/ Head Housekeeping as andwhen needed/requested.


Working DaysandHours

Hoursof work is over a 5 day a week period working between 4550 hrs aweek depending on family requirements. Flexibility to work weekendswhenrequired.

Requirements

1.Proven head housekeeping experience in ahighend privateresidence.

2.Previous UHNWI household (min 2years)

3.Attention to detail and high standards ofcleanliness.

4.Ability to work efficiently independentlyand as part of a team/ in charge of a team ofHousekeepers.

5.The Housekeeper should be a selfstarterproactive andmotivated.



Benefits55k 65k gross per annum possibly a bit more for the rightcandidate.
