We are currently
looking for a passionate 

Lounge Bar Attendant  , to join our
Food and Beverage department on a permanent basis, with an
immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and
five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that
everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun
environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life
experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.

As a 

Lounge Bar Attendant, your main duties and expectations for the role
will include:

  • Basic knowledge of spirits, wine and beer is preferred.
  • Must be able to work late hours as required by business needs. 
  • Welcomes guests as they enter the outlets (the
    “arrival experience”) with a smile and a clear Good
    morning/evening/afternoon.
  • Escorts guests to the table, presents menu, shows
    buffet, describes specials, and beverage list, and uses available
    knowledge to exceed guests’ expectations.
  • Ensures every guest receives exceptional service of
    food & beverage according to the company policy, SOPs and AA and LQA
    standards from him/herself as well as other colleagues.
  • Assists in opening and closing procedures in the outlet.

You will be
required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
