  • Support, coach and mentor your team Support the management team and work together to create and deliver your vision Ensure standards and compliance are continuous in the manager’s absence Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests

To be considered for this position you must be at least 18 years old as it involves the sale of alcohol.

At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night. We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. The Bedford is situated in the heart of Southampton mouth in the trendy area of Bedford Place. It’s a firm favourite with the students and local sport fans as sports is shown throughout the pub. We are well known for our hospitality, we offer, Craft Beer, Cocktails, Fresh Ales, Draught beer with food served every day.
