Being a LegalCounsel is an exciting task since you are the superhero our clientsneed. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needstherefore these here are your most important tasks:

  • Communicate and negotiate withexternal parties (regulators external counsel public authorityetc.)
  • Review draft and negotiate salesagreements contracts and other legal documents and support Salesand other teams with the contractingstrategy.
  • Provide clarification on legallanguage or specifications to everyone in the organization anddeliver training when required.
  • Maintaincurrent knowledge of alterations in legislation and management oflegal data base.
  • Give accurate and timelycounsel to management in a variety of legal topics includingcontracts claims dispute regulationsetc.
  • Collaborate with management to prepareefficient defence strategies.
  • Work closely withthe Compliance officer to specify internal governance policies andregularly monitor compliance.
  • Research andevaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions andoperations.

  • Qualified in UK or a provenexperience as a Legal Counsel in businessenvironment
  • Excellent knowledge andunderstanding of corporate law andprocedures.
  • Full comprehension of theinfluences of the external environment of acorporation
  • Demonstrated ability to createlegal defensive or proactive strategies.
  • Highdegree of professional ethics andintegrity
  • Sound judgement and ability toanalyse situations and information.
  • Outstandingcommunication skills
  • Experience in contractsreview negotiation and management. Preferablyenergy
