Qualifications

You will have:

Proven retail store management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment  Understand the principles of make-up artistry, beauty therapy and hairdressing, to deliver a personal shopping experience which meets the consumers beauty needs Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a team to succeed Build relationships and work in partnership with Sephora Beauty Crew colleagues; sharing best practice, product knowledge and working collaboratively to achieve the same goals Actively participate in store theme days, events, new product launches, keeping aligned to the marketing calendar  Demonstratable ability to inspire and influence those around you through great conversation Socially savvy and trend aware Proof of right to live and work in the country Flexible availability across days/hours.
