A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SOUS CHEF AT THE LYNDENE HOTEL

Assisting the Head Chef to create menu items recipes, and develop dishes. Being responsable for health and saftey and food hygiene practices. Ensuring excellent food quality and high standards are maintained for all dishes created.

To succeed in the role of (Sous Chef), you will need the following qualities and skills. 

You're someone who hits the ground running at every shift, who enjoys the fast pace of the kitchen and consistantly create top quality dishes on a daily basis. You're a born leaderwho relishes taking responsibility for the running of the kitchen, but also knows how to delegate. With the ability to work alone or as part of a team.)

Lyndene Hotel is one of Blackpool's busiest and most popular hotels. Situated in a superb promenade position, located inbetween The Blackpool Tower and Blackpool Pleasure Beach, this 141 bedroom hotel offers high standards of service along with a friendly welcoming atmosphere all year round. There are three licensed bars and two air conditioned, sea view cabaret lounges along with two restaurants serving a variety of delicious cuisines.
