Position Overview


As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be at the front end of our recruitment operations, identifying and securing top talent that embodies our core values and drives our success. You will partner with hiring managers, help craft compelling recruitment strategies, and create an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate Closely: Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to understand their needs and design effective recruitment strategies.Source Top Talent: Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to find the best candidates.Craft Engaging Job Postings: Write inclusive and compelling job descriptions that capture our organizational culture and attract diverse talent.Conduct Insightful Interviews: Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit, ensuring they align with our values.Guide & Train: Equip interviewers with techniques to make the hiring process as effective as possible.Promote Our Culture: Advocate for our values and career growth opportunities to prospective candidates.Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment journey.Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with industry trends and market conditions to refine recruitment strategies.Build Relationships: Engage with potential talent through industry events and career fairs.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: At least 1 year in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related role.Skills: Strong communication, organizational abilities, and familiarity with recruitment processes.Tech Savvy: Experience with applicant tracking systems (like Workday) and other HR tools.Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced Tools Proficiency: Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other HR technology.Diversity & Inclusion: Track record of promoting diverse talent and inclusive hiring practices.Employer Branding: Ability to leverage social media for effective recruitment.
