Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our Group People Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activity, sourcing candidates, and managing the offer process.

This is a newly created role that requires a proactive and organized individual with a background in recruitment. You will work closely with hiring managers to provide a recruitment service that meets the needs of the business.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Coordinate recruitment activity, including candidate sourcing, CV reviewing, and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage the offer process, including producing offer letters and contracts.
  • Ensure recruitment systems and tracking activities are up to date and maintained accurately.
  • Participate fully and constructively as a member of the Group People Department.
Requirements:
  • Excellent track record of candidate management.
  • Background of working in recruitment.
  • Experience in coordinating recruitment activity as part of a busy People/HR Department.
