Reportinginto the manager you will be dealing with a wide range of workincluding:

  • Preparationand review of Management Accounts including budget vs actualsforecasting adjustments accruals andprepayments.
  • Accuratelyprepare and review VATReturns.
  • Reviewwork of the juniorteam.
  • Developmentand training of the juniorteam.
  • Maintainand update clients accountingrecords.
  • Assistingclients with improving their internal processes andprocedures.
  • Interimfinancial controller support to clients asrequired.

Requirements

ManagementAccountant (Practice)Sittingbourne

  • Abilityto prepare management accounts including key performance indicatorscash flows budget vs actuals accruals and prepayments forexample.
  • Strongexperience of reviewing and preparing bookkeeping and VATreturns.
  • Goodeffective communicationskills.
  • Exceptionalnumerical analytical and problemsolvingskills.
  • Tobe confident meeting and working closely with clients.
  • Experienceof cloud software such as Xero Sage and/or QuickBooks would beideal.

You will be ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience with at least 3years experience within practice. You will have worked as SemiSenior or Senior accountant within practice Experience of Iris andcloud software such as Xero/ Quickbooks would beadvantageous
