What you’ll be doing:

You'll support on a 1-1 basis promoting independence and encouraging the people we support to access the community. Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs. Personal care will be required. Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are. Working within a residential setting with adults who may have Learning disabilities and or complex needs.

Who you are:

We want individuals with a passion to support others and make a difference to their everyday lives. Flexible  as shift patterns can vary between 12/13 hours per shift, range from 6.45am start to 9.00pm finish, You may be required to pick up waking nights/sleeps, depending on the needs of the service. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Have a positive attitude and able to work well under pressure. Driver preferred.
