My clients in North Bucks have an immediaterequirement for an Inventory CoordinatorElectronics.

This role is commutable from MiltonKeynes Newport Pagnell St. Neots Biggleswade SandyBedford.

My clients are a world leader in in thedesign manufacture and continuous improvement of wireless conditionmonitoring solutions. Their technology is used in 35 countries inrail construction and mining. More than 30000 sensors wereinstalled last year helping users manage ground and structuralmovement landslide risk geotechnical behaviour rail track movementand much more.

Tasks

MainDuties & Responsibilities:
As an InventoryCoordinator you will take a handson role in making sure the companyhas all the products materials equipment and supplies needed tooperate efficiently in ways that are aligned to establishedpolicies and standards. You will also oversee inventory managementprocesses and resolve any issues thatarise.

Responsibilities include although are notlimited to the following:
Ensuring materials requirementsare clearly identified and communicated to the Supply ChainTeam.
Creating efficient mechanisms for stock managementand materials scheduling.
Ensuring the speedy andaccurate processing of PO receipts MOs and dispatches.
Arranging logistics for Returned goods.
Improvingpackaging reducing waste cost and environmental impact.
Improving storage and stock management.
Developingmaterials categorisation and coding.
Leading annualstocktakes and perpetual inventory checks.
Contributingto the development of the effectiveness of the ERPsystem.
Eliminating data errors and their sources anddevelop error checkingreports.

Requirements

RelevantSkills & Competencies:
Successful candidatesshould be able to demonstrate the following relevant skills andcompetencies:

Relevant Knowledge &Experience:
Candidates should assess their suitabilityagainst the following essential and/or desirable relevant knowledgeand experience:
Essential:
Demonstrableexperience of materials or production control in an engineering orelectronics environment.
Experience of using an ERPsystem (ideally SAP Odoo).
Familiar with MS officeapplications.
Able to analyse data usingExcel.

Desirable:
Able to provideexamples of having implemented improvements within SupplyChain.
