**Job Description - Global Mobility Coordinator**

**Overall purpose of the role**

Working autonomously to project manage client moves to The UK for a small but growing relocation company. The role will mean working from home and working with a small dedicated global mobility team, a lap-top will and mobile will be provided. Role will include:

- Provide general day-to-day client servicing, operational, and logístical support to the directors of Citrus Relocation
- Managing client files and ensuring all processes are followed & all documentation is received from letting agents and clients
- Using a Customer Relationship Management system to manage clients, suppliers and projects
- Ensuring a smooth relocation for our clients, keeping them and their employees fully informed of where they are in the process at all times
- Briefing & liaising with relocation consultants, letting agents & inventory clerks
- Prepare any research required as requested by directors such as sourcing properties to show clients, sourcing local doctors, researching for suitable schools etc.
- Work closely with immigration lawyers, letting agents, mortgage brokers, conveyancing solicitors & other professionals within the property industry to ensure client needs are catered for
- Helping clients to register with a local doctor & other local services
- Contribute to streamlining administrative processes and ensure data is stored and protected in an organised manner
- Ensure that there is complete satisfaction for the employee, their family and their employer

**Essential skills and experience**
- Has managed projects in a previous role unsupervised
- Proven experience in a highly administrative role within a pressurised environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Has experienced working with people at a senior/director level
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, sometimes highly pressurised situation
- Sound numeracy skills with the ability to manage costs, appropriate to the role
- Intermediate level of skills in Word & Excel
- Used to working on Windows Office 365 or equivalent
- Lives within 30 minutes drive of Milton Keynes (non negotiable)

**Hours & Salary**:

- Job Type: Full time permanent position (9.00am to 5.30pm) - Non negotiable
- Laptop and business mobile if required
- Salary £26,617.50

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
