We have a great role that we are recruiting for a Production Planner on our Milton Keynes site. You will be Optimising the short-, medium
- and long-term production plans and proposals for Milton Keynes to achieve target customer service level and inventory levels without impacting on quality standards or OEE targets. Work closely with the commercial, NPD, operations & logistics teams and technical teams.

You will be great at:

- Creating and amending weekly production schedules for Milton Keynes site that stays within target inventory levels, deliver customer service targets, and optimize OEE and line utilisation
- Ensure labour and materials are available on time to deliver these plans and achieve CTP targets
- Identify and work with Operations to solve plant capacity constraints through S&OP Demand & Supply reviews
- Optimizing FG inventory for own produce in line with Cyclic scheduling process
- Medium
- and long-term planning through running plans and hours models using monthly S099 updates and support the Budget process
- Act super user of the master planning tools (Microsoft Dynamics AX, SO99 and Excel) and standard BI reports (as well as maintain required ERP master data and secure correct data set-ups.
- Execute (re)launches, item changes & discontinuations in close collaboration with NPD, commercial, CS & Ops
- Drive improvements to planning processes to assist operations in reducing changeovers and improving OEE as well, be the facilitator to weekly planning meetings
- Ensure trials required for NPD and procurement are factored into schedules to minimise line downtime by attending and contributing to weekly NPD meetings
- Support the Budget process with planning strategic plans and output data

**You are**:

**You have**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience of line scheduling and sequencing with a good understanding of inventory optimization to achieve target customer service levels
- Analytical with the ability to seek and structure required data sources and communicate it back in a simplified way.
- Take a broad balanced supply chain view, with the ability to understand and coordinate cross-functional requirements.
- Good level knowledge of common IT tools (Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Office)
