What will you be doing?

To provide full administrative support to Tax Advisors and/or Tax Senior Management, particularly in relation to client onboarding.  This will enable the team to deliver a first class level of service to clients.

Some of your responsibilities will be to:

  • To work closely with the Tax teams to deliver first class service to clients in relation to onboarding.
  •  Managing and undertaking the Client Onboarding and AML Remediation processes, including data collection and liaising with the central onboarding team when required.
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.
  • Provide daily administration support, which may include liaising with clients..
  • Prioritise workloads to ensure all activities are met in a timely manner.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • good academic record including 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths)
  • good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages e.g. Excel, Word, Adobe,
  • experienced IT user with intermediate Excel skills
  • It would be beneficial to have experience of working in an AML / Onboarding environment and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) .
  • Strong numerical skills, able to demonstrate understanding of financial terms
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Team player, but with the ability to work and manage their own work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with senior members of the business in a confident and professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy for all record keeping and reporting.
  • Ability to use judgement and reasoning to propose solutions to problems.
