**Description**:
**Our AML Specialist Role**:
You'll be responsible for managing a customer portfolio based in the EU (specifically Germany & Italy), completing their end to end CDD requirments.
- You will be the first point of contact for our customers and their clients
- You will have a caseload that you will care for
- You’ll welcome and onboard all of your customers to First AML
- You will complete the end to end CDD process ensuring compliance with the legislation
- Explain process in easy terms to your customers and answer their queries
- Care daily for your individual caseload, to ensure it progresses through the platform efficiently
**Skills and Experiences**:
**Your Experience**:
- Worked in customer service, retail, hospitality or financial services
- Support customers across the EU - Ideally Germany or Italy.
- Ideally have Anti Money Laundering or Compliance experience, but this isnt necessary
- Your support allows you to form outstanding relationships with customers
- Working in fast paced environment
