The Role: As our SENCO, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our SEN provision. You will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure that all students with special educational needs receive the support they need to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing SEN policies and strategies.
  • Coordinating and delivering targeted interventions and support programs.
  • Liaising with teachers to provide guidance on differentiated instruction.
  • Overseeing the identification, assessment, and monitoring of students with SEN.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and maintaining accurate records.
  • Engaging with parents and caregivers to build strong partnerships and provide regular updates on student progress.
