Job Description

To scope, develop and maintain management information reporting for the operation. To seek innovative ways to improve and automate existing reporting procedures & also create tools to improve operational efficiency. Analyse reporting to help identify performance trends and provide valuable insight.

  • Producing MI and insightful analysis on their performance against expectations
  • Capture scope of new business initiatives to assist with seamless integration, ensuring that new systems / tools meet data collection & output requirements
  • Identifying, building and maintaining key internal and external stakeholder relationships to deliver strategy performance insight

Qualifications

  • Advanced level of Excel and SQL
  • Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with key  stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Organised and able to manage own workload to meet deadlines
  • Is analytical, pragmatic and systematic in approach
  • Ability to produce and interpret data and information
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work individually and as part of a wider team
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
