Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant Bolton

Teaching Personnel have been approached by an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ Primary School and is looking for an experienced and passionate Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join their team in assisting with a Year 1 and 2 classes. This primary school is located in centre of Bolton, easily accesible by car and puibluc transport.

The Head Teacher of this school is keen to secure a creative and committed teaching assistant, to join their hardworking team in supporting groups of children within the year 1 and Year 2 classrooms during Maths and English sessions. Working within this school, you would be part of a friendly, bubbly team who pride themselves on their positive working relationships and team dynamics.

-          Experience working in Key Stage 1 is essential

-          NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent

-          Working with children in a school setting

-          Experience working with SEND pupils is desirable

-          Ability to work independently or part of a team

This position offers candidates the scope to develop their career within a Primary school, alongside upholding high expectations of learning, attainment, and behaviour. The role is to start in September 2024 with the opportunity for this opportunity to be extended further. The hopes of the school are to engage and promote high standards for all and ultimately ignite a life-long love of learning within each child.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
