Role Overview:
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join a well-regarded primary institution. This role involves providing support to children in Year 1 and Year 2 classes, focusing on enhancing their learning experiences in core subjects such as Maths and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering engaging educational activities for students.

- Collaborate with teachers to implement effective teaching strategies.
- Encourage and motivate students to achieve their best.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in a Key Stage 1 educational setting is required.
- NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is necessary.
- Experience working with children in a school environment is crucial.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEND) is advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
