Scope Medical is seeking a dedicated VR General Practitioner to become an integral part of a respected healthcare provider in Truganina. Serving a vibrant and diverse community, this practice delivers a broad spectrum of General Practice and Allied Health services. You will play a pivotal role within a multidisciplinary team, providing exceptional medical care to a diverse patient base, and collectively managing up to 50 patients per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various health conditions.

  • Conduct routine check-ups, preventive care, and health screenings.

  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans and follow up on patient progress.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care.

  • Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall improvement of patient care.



Requirements

  • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and current registration with the Medical Board of Australia.

  • Proven experience in general practice or a similar clinical setting.

  • Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to manage a wide range of medical conditions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.

  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with medical practices.

  • International Medical Graduates - welcomed to apply. You will be assessed for the opportunity in accordance to RACGP Pathways



Benefits

  • Competitive remuneration rate of $170/hr for the first three months of practice.

  • 75% remuneration offered for a two-year commitment.
