Your new role: The SAP Digital Supply Chain Director role is part of this organisation's Powered Enterprise approach for cloud-based solutions. As a Supply Chain Director, you’ll lead business development, sales initiatives, and high-quality SAP S/4HANA advisory and delivery projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Business Development:
    • Engaging in bid, proposal, and contract negotiations with SAP clients.
    • Leading the growth of the SAP Supply Chain Capability by sharing knowledge and developing thought leadership.
  2. Client Delivery:
    • Providing specialist advice in SAP Digital Supply Chain management.
    • Optimising processes and maximising SAP benefits in collaboration with client leads.
  3. Functional Expertise:
    • Having a deep understanding of the latest SAP Digital Supply Chain suite and roadmap.
    • Advising on migration to SAP S/4HANA.
  4. Industry Experience:
    • Implementing SAP S/4 in manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, or retail.

What you'll need to succeed: To be a SAP Supply Chain Director, you would need the following skills and experience:

  1. Functional Expertise:
    • Deep understanding of the latest SAP Digital Supply Chain suite and roadmap.
    • Knowledge of digital supply chain trends, such as Industry and digital manufacturing.
  2. Business Development and Sales:
    • Experience leading business development and sales initiatives, including bid, proposal, and contract negotiations with SAP clients.
    • Ability to grow the SAP Supply Chain Capability by sharing knowledge and developing thought leadership.
  3. Client Delivery:
    • Proven track record in leading high-quality SAP S/4HANA advisory and delivery projects.
    • Specialist advice in SAP Digital Supply Chain management, optimising processes, and maximising SAP benefits.
  4. Industry Experience:
    • Implementation experience with SAP S/4 in manufacturing industries, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, or retail.
  5. Leadership and Communication:
    • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
    • Effective leadership abilities to lead onshore, offshore, and near-shore resources.
