About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Senior Manager to join our Supply Chain Capability team at KPMG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality SAP S/4HANA advisory and delivery projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Provide specialist advice in SAP Supply Chain management, working closely with clients to optimize processes and maximize benefits.
  • Lead business development and sales initiatives, including bid, proposal, and contract negotiations with SAP clients.
  • Grow SAP Supply Chain Capability through knowledge sharing, thought leadership, and supporting team member career aspirations.
  • Develop and maintain functional expertise in latest SAP Supply Chain solutions and integrations.
  • Advise on technical integration of SAP Supply Chain applications with other client and third-party tools.
  • Ensure data migration and data integrity during deployment engagements.
Requirements
  • Functional expertise in S/4HANA enabled processes and configuration in multiple areas, including SAP Integrated Business Planning, SAP PPDS, SAP DMC, and more.
  • Proven experience in Engagement/Delivery Management and/or Solution Architect roles for large-scale SAP transformation programs.
  • Deep understanding of digital trends in Supply Chain, such as Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing.
  • Experience leading bids, proposals, and commercial negotiations with clients.
  • Ability to lead onshore, offshore, and near-shore resources for efficient delivery.
  • Strong client relationship building skills based on subject matter expertise and quality of delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal, team building, organizational, and motivational skills.
  • Facilitation and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • SAP system design, build, and deployment experience, with a minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementations.
  • Experience in business analysis, design workshops, and producing high-quality project deliverables.
