Senior SAP Basis Consultant: SAP Sovereign Cloud Engineering

SAP is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Basis Consultant to join our Sovereign Cloud Engineering team. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with product and program managers, developers, and architects to contribute to the engineering and evolution of SAP Sovereign Cloud's product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement technology projects, including installation, configuration, upgrade, migration, conversion, and greenfield implementation.
- Provide BASIS support for projects involving S/4HANA and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Offer architectural guidance on cloud migration to AWS, GCP, and Azure, ensuring secure and efficient transitions.
- Develop end-to-end security strategies for SAP on-premise and SAP Cloud-based applications, including two-factor authentication and single sign-on.
- Analyze and resolve technical problems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Manage multiple tasks, work effectively in a team environment, and understand and respond to project and customer needs.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Build strong relationships with peers and clients, and continuously learn about SAP products and technologies.
- Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in related professional roles, with a focus on implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Basis and Security Authentication.
- Technical fluency in operating systems (Unix/Windows/Linux), database administration, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience in performance tuning, user management, and system copies.
- SAP certifications in S/4HANA, OS/DB Migration, NetWeaver, or SAP HANA are highly desirable.
