Description:

Invogue is seeking an Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for finding new and managing existing client accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will act as the main point of contact between the company and the clients, and you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and growing business with current clients.

This is an office based role, you will be required to commute to Ascot, Berkshire (SL5 9FE).

The Role:

As an Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Find, approach and setup new customers
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Serving as the main point of contact for clients regarding all matters
  • Understanding client needs and identifying opportunities to grow our brands
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Monitoring and analyzing client performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the health and beauty industry is a plus
