About you, our next Receptionist:

Friendly Efficient Enthusiastic Take pride in what you do

What you’ll be doing as a Receptionist:

Answering phone calls and emails. Taking bookings for the hotel, restaurant and the spa, across a multitude of systems. Checking guests in and out of the hotel including taking payments, escorting guests to rooms and helping with luggage. Making sure everyone is welcomed and happy. Solving any problems or queries guests may have during their stay. Collating guest feedback. Be on hand to advise guests on the great offerings of Norfolk. As part of your role in addition to your reception responsibilities our ideal candidate would have an interest in social media, this is not essential.

Hours of work:

Full time - 40 hours per week Shift work, consisting of early and late shifts around 8 hours a day, anytime between 7:00am and 11:00pm. The role does include working weekends.
