Nursery Deputy Manager

Job Description
A very experienced Nursery deputy Manager is being sought for this large and busy Nursery in Thornbury near Bristol.  The role is supernumerary working alongside the manager in supporting the daily running of the Nursery, based on a 40 hr working week, salary is c£30k plus depending on experience.  Lots of great benefits with this provider, together with opportunities for career progression.

Requirements
Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 year' experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements

Requirements
