Job Vacancy - Chief Finance Officer

**Chief Finance Officer and Section 151 (Part Time Hybrid working) - 30 hours per a week**

**Salary circa £60,965 pa pro rata (including the current pay award offer which has yet to be agreed)**

The Lower Severn Internal Drainage Board, a public sector body with statutory responsibility for the management of water levels and flood prevention, invites applicant for the post of Chief Finance Officer & deputy to the CEO of the organisation.

The successful applicant will be expected to work a 30-hour week (additional hours may be required from time to time) at the Board’s offices near Thornbury. The facility to work from home for some of these hours will be available by agreement. They will be directly accountable to the CEO, Board and its Chairman acting as the Board’s principal Finance advisor, responsible for the efficient financial management of the organisation, ensuring its key strategic and policy objectives are met having regards to the financial resource available.

**Salary**: £60,965.00 per year
