Location: Kings Cross, London. Hybrid working applies with 3 days in the office minimum.

You’ll lead our Content Design Strategy function and a team of content specialists who are going from strength to strength. Working with the Performance Marketing team you’ll deliver high quality, relevant content to support SEO efforts and driving organic traffic to site. You’ll lead the creation of user focused, data driven content across all digital touchpoints, including web, app, email, blog and other communication channels. You’ll conduct thorough research and analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and behaviors, leveraging insights to inform strategy, content decisions and drive continuous improvement.
