Mechanical Pre-Construction Managers

A UK leading multi award-winning building services contractor is currently seeking Mechanical Pre-Construction Managers to support their expanding pre-construction teams at their new premises in Newtownabbey and also in Dundalk, as a fundamental role in managing pre-construction processes and deliverables on multiple large scale projects throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe, including decarbonisation, renewable energy, data centre, healthcare, commercial, high rise residential, educational, and airport projects.

What you'll need to succeed
Essential:
Solid background in building services with at least 5 years’ experience in mechanical operations or contract managementProficient knowledge of mechanical systems for medium to large commercial projects.Good understanding of multi-disciplinary design processes and coordination.Excellent leadership and communication abilities and previous experience managing a teamExcellent time management skills.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Packages – Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams.Desirable:
