Main duties of the job

Working within the Appointment Centre Office scheduling new patient appointments using the partial booking process and registering new patient referrals on to the system or working on one of our busy Outpatient receptions area within the Dental Hospital.

Person Specification

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

GCSE in English Grade C or equivalent or NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.

ECDL RSA 1 or 2 or equivalent
