Requirements

  • A 1:1 or 2:1 degree from Oxford or Cambridge University in any subject
  • A genuine passion and determination to help students improve and succeed
  • The ability to navigate any behaviour issues through effective communication and interpersonal awareness
  • Ideally, prior experience working with children, with a preference for experience in SEN settings

Role Overview:

  • Assist the senior teacher as a Learning Support Assistant, playing a key role in student development
  • Offer tailored support to students who need extra assistance, help plan lessons, and ensure accessibility for all learners
  • Join a fantastic Secondary School in Enfield
  • £90-100 per day, full-time, term-time only
