We are working with an international Insurance organisation who are looking for a Company Secretarial Assistant to join their London team.


The main responsibilities of this role will include:

  • responsible for scheduling agreed board and committee meetings and maintaining the Company corporate calendar including filing dates for all statutory returns and declarations
  • working with Co Sec and Chair to draft agendas, preparation of meeting packs, taking and producing accurate and succinct meeting minutes
  • assisting with arranging / preparing director and board training materials
  • filing statutory accounts, declarations, and related regulatory filings


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience of formal minute taking and meeting pack preparation at senior / executive level
  • Demonstrable experience providing professional administrative support to senior / executive management
  • Prior experience working with insurance sector preferred but not essential


This role would suit individuals looking to take their first step into a CoSec career or junior CoSec professionals looking to gain more experience. This organisation will provide study support those interested in doing the CGI qualification


Hybrid working - 3 days per week in the office.
