Our client are a leading leisure operator in the family entertainment space.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and identifying new opportunities within the fitness, wellness and leisure sector. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for leisure, and a keen understanding of market trends. You need to be tech savvy and have ideally set up call centre operations from scratch. Basically we are looking for an organisational wizard to keep everything running smoothly.


What do we need from you?

  • Proven experience in a growing business in the fitness, leisure or hospitality industry
  • Proven experience as a Call Centre Manager or in a similar role, especially in sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience writing strategy and presenting to a senior leadership team
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding target
  • A knack for resolving issues quickly and effectively while keeping the customer happy.
  • Proficient in call centre software and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and improve performance metrics.
