Job Title: Graduate Sales Engineer

Location: West Sussex / Surrey

Salary: £30k-35k basic. Uncapped OTE, taking your total salary up to £45-50k realistically

Sector: IT Services/Consulting

A truly global proposition, our client is approaching its 90th year in business Operating within the commercial architecture industry, they're looking to expand their book of business across the south east, and as such require the addition of a Field Salesperson to help executive on that growth plan

Benefits:

Role:

  • In your induction period, develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's offering
  • Undertake thorough research on leads to identify key stakeholders and C-Level execs to approach
  • Outbound activity - emailing, calling, selling through social channels
  • Combine virtual meets with in-person
  • Qualify inbound leads and manage your pipeline
  • Undertake thorough research of target accounts and contacts within those accounts, initiating meaningful conversations with potential buyers

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Driving Licence required
  • Tenacious, motivated and the ability to handle rejection and act on constructive feedback
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills befitting a Salesperson
  • Ambitious, determined and a consultative approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable working independently and proactively, and a quick learner
  • Proficient with tech and the microsoft office suite
