Job Description:

adlicious is looking for an experienced Senior Agency Sales Manager(m/f/d)based in London. This position focuses on the expansion and further development of our agency business in the UK by winning new clients for our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media sales and a great expertise in the agency business. A solid network and contacts to agencies is required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Active market development of (network) agencies in the UK and internationally
  • Personal/telephone and written contacts with (network) agencies
  • Support and proactive development of existing business relationships with (network) agencies
  • Development of market development plans and strategies for existing and new agency partners
  • Development, presentation, and conclusion of long-term collaborations and partnerships with (network) agencies


Qualifications:

  • A very good network within the media agency landscape
  • Profound online know-how, experience in sales of online products
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire customers
  • High goal and result orientation, closing confidence
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to explain technically complex products to customers in an understandable manner
  • Ability to conduct thorough and structured research
  • Self-motivated with a competitive mindset to achieve and exceed goals
  • Being able to work independently
