Some of the Chef de Parties responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day kitchen preparation
  • Managing the pasta making process
  • Ensuring the exceptional quality of the cuisine is consistently maintained
  • Your cookery skills and experience will allow you to help the Head Chef deliver authentic and creative menus
  • Contributing to creating the ultimate dining experience

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 3 years in a renowned kitchen, with a strong understanding of or experience in Italian cuisine.

A keen eye for detail, exceptional knife skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

A desire to learn and grow by working alongside top-tier culinary professionals.
