  • At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Commis Chef or Chef de Partie.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts between 5:30 am and 9:00 pm.
  • Strong skills in key pastry preparations and experience with Italian pastry is advantageous.
  • Valid right to work in the UK.
