Job title: Account Director - SaaS (Public Sector)

Location: Scotland

Salary: £80,000-£90,000 x2 OTE + Excellent Benefits

You will be responsible for nurturing and strategically expanding key Enterprise-level relationships, within the Public Sector. This role requires a highly strategic thinker and a creative problem-solver who can both drive performance and build deep, trusted relationships with clients. You will become a trusted advisor to your accounts, while ensuring software solutions are fully aligned with their long-term needs and goals.


You will be reporting directly into the CRO, based in UK.


With no signs of slowing down they are also on course for another record year of growth in 2024 There is a huge demand in their Public Sector market at the moment for their portfolio of SaaS solutions/services.


They have invested heavily over the last 12 months into operations, delivery and sales. They also have some fantastic leadership opportunities, very competitive base salary/OTE + potential share options further down the line.


Ideal experience you will have:


  • Experience working in SaaS, selling into the Public Sector is essential
  • Must be based in Scotland
  • Proven track record of strategic account management, with significant experience managing complex accounts at the executive level.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue growth, retention, and client expansion in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and build long-term trusted relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems creatively.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally to achieve client success.
  • Data-driven with a proven ability to use insights to deliver results and prove value.
  • Passion for continuous improvement, contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team.
