Regional Director : Scotland (Account Management)
Position Overview:
As a Regional Director (Scotland) at Mobysoft, you will take full responsibility for driving revenue growth, retention, and regional performance within your assigned region. You will work collaboratively with teams across the business and within your region, ensuring that our solutions deliver measurable value to clients in the social housing sector. We are looking for individuals who have sold into the public sector (This is essential), have dealt with Executive level decision makers and have strong business acumen. Any experience of working in the social housing arena is also a distinct advantage.
This role requires a highly strategic thinker and a creative problem-solver who can both drive performance and build deep, trusted relationships with clients. You will become a trusted advisor to your accounts, while ensuring our product offerings are fully aligned with their long-term needs and goals.
As a Regional Director, you are accountable for the overall revenue and performance of your region, demonstrating a high degree of ownership and accountability. You will be expected to manage and nurture key accounts, lead strategic planning, and contribute to a high-performing collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:
Ownership of Regional Performance:
Take full ownership of driving revenue growth, retention, and overall performance within your assigned region.
While accountability is shared across teams within the region (CSMs, IMDs, Sales, etc.), the RD will play a leadership role in ensuring regional success through collaborative efforts and effective alignment.
Create and execute regional strategic plans that align with both Mobysoft’s and the client’s business objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CSMs, IMDs, Sales, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
Proactively manage churn risk and maximise renewal opportunities.
Strategic Planning & Value Proposition:
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic account plan for each client, focusing on ROI, long-term value creation and mutual success.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure that our solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of the client, while identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
Revenue Responsibility:
Be directly responsible for hitting revenue targets, managing renewals, and ensuring continuous ARR growth.
Identify and drive new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand the company’s footprint in your region.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Use data insights to monitor account health, drive retention strategies, and demonstrate the value and ROI of Mobysoft solutions.
Continuously assess client needs and business objectives, positioning our products to align with their strategic goals.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Sales, Product, Professional Services and Customer Success, to ensure client satisfaction and alignment on priorities.
Take a leadership role in your region, driving initiatives that foster collaboration within your team and across the business.
Creative Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking:
Approach complex challenges with a strategic mindset and creative problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions that drive client success.
Use your commercial acumen to anticipate challenges and identify growth opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
Proven track record of strategic account management, with significant experience managing complex accounts at the executive level.
Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue growth, retention, and client expansion in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and build long-term trusted relationships.
Experience working in SaaS, social housing, or a related industry is preferred but not essential.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems creatively.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally to achieve client success.
Data-driven with a proven ability to use insights to deliver results and prove value.
Passion for continuous improvement, contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team.
