Base Salary - £23,000 to £27,500 depending on experience

OTE - £32,000 to £45,000


We are specifically recruiting people with a high-degree of proficiency, in verbal and written language skills using either Dutch, French, German, Swedish or Danish.


And whilst the role is Remote Working based, you will need to live within a 2 hour commute of Central London.

We are looking for a bright and articulate Campaign Manager, who will thrive in a dynamic environment, with a motivated and driven but fun and enthusiastic team.


The roles involve managing all elements of the delegate journey, from planning and outreach, to registration and event attendance.


Whilst previous Delegate or Marketing Campaign experience would be beneficial, it is not a requirement as full training will be provided.

Currently operating in over 30 countries, we provide platforms for tech vendors to meet with decision-makers, buyers and key-influencers, from enterprise to mid-tier companies from all industry sectors.


Your responsibilities include


  • Working in conjunction with the Senior Team, to design, drive and execute industry-leading delegate campaign strategies, which deliver event growth.
  • Ownership and oversight of omni-channel delegate campaigns, to ensure that they meet our business objectives, deadlines, budgets and your importantly target KPI’s
  • Taking responsibility for generating and evaluating a campaigns effectiveness and maximising your own results
  • The use of social media channels as required to promote your events.
  • Responding to incoming enquiries regarding your projects and assisting with the events.
  • Researching prospective delegates and sourcing alternative ways to find and contact them
  • Following guidelines and campaign procedures, as set out by the Senior Team.


The ideal candidate will


  • Have either native or advanced European or Nordics language skills - French, Dutch, German, Swedish or Danish.
  • Demonstrate confidence with superior written and verbal communication skills, which influence at all levels.
  • Have the personality and skills that allow you to engage with a range of prospective delegates from senior executives downwards, from leading global companies.
  • Show the ability to work within a dynamic atmosphere with minimal oversight, with a positive and passionate approach and work-ethic.
  • Be keen to learn, develop and adapt to new innovative ideas; with an ability to take constructive criticism and turn into positive changes
  • Be creative yet analytical in approach with an eye for detail and driven to create results.
  • Hold the ability to work on a portfolio of projects simultaneously, with determination, discipline and self-motivation, with a high degree of entrepreneurial drive.
  • Be able to collaborate with a team whilst remaining competitive in your approach
  • Be confident and flexible in adapting to unfamiliar cultures and marketplaces.
  • Possess strong research skills to source prospective delegates, with the ability to prioritise tasks and use effective time management.
  • Hold a high degree of competence with standard Microsoft Office products
