Main Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities: This role is based on site in west London area.

  • To have a clear and sound understanding of the project including design, commercial and technical requirements.
  • Coordination of the infrastructure works.
  • Key member site team, conduct inductions and reviews RAMS.
  • Co-ordination of installation activities at the BladeRoom/Clients location.
  • Ensure health and safety practices are consistently maintained to the highest standard.
  • Ensure build quality is to the highest standard and complete site QA checks.
  • Monitor the progress of site works and reporting status against programme.
  • Provide precise and clear reporting.
  • Manage labour and sub-contractor resource at the project location.
  • Ensure that the correct information is available for review at the project location. – i.e. drawings, technical information, QA documents, H&S info, programmes, etc.
  • Keep accurate record of all project activities; progress, daily labour returns, deliveries, visitors, diary etc.
  • Provide accurate and concise records and reports on any defects/discrepancies.
  • Develop and feedback improvements.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

QUALIFICATIONS

Ideally a degree in construction and/or project management.

KNOWLEDGE

Construction health and safety, planning, management and commercial.

EXPERIENCE

Site experience and management of subcontractors (note the role will report to more senior site based personnel). Managing and implementing health and safety site practices.
