Duration: Permanent


As a Property Sales Agent., you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from listing to closing, for properties in South London. You will work closely with sellers, providing them with expert advice and ensuring their properties are accurately listed and marketed.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for properties in London South
  • Conduct property valuations and provide accurate pricing recommendations
  • Create detailed property listings, including compelling descriptions and high-quality photographs
  • Market and promote properties to attract potential buyers
  • Manage buyer enquiries and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth closing processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or property management
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with property valuation techniques
  • Proficiency in property listing platforms and CRM systems
