Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Account Manager in Time Critical Logistics at Apex Time Critical. The Freight Account Manager will oversee time-critical deliveries, coordinate expedited shipping services, and manage urgent logistics solutions on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include ensuring timely pickups, efficient transport, and on-time delivery of urgent or emergency freight while maintaining a high level of service quality.


Qualifications

  • Experience in freight transportation, logistics, or supply chain management
  • Knowledge of time-critical deliveries and expedited shipping services
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
