Project Leader
- Leading dedicated artworkers in crafting compelling visual elements and retail projects.
- Managing your own client and brand portfolio, ensuring the rapid delivery of POSM artworks for secured retail promotional space.
Brand, project and artwork management

- Leading example in the execution process, contributing to the birth of inspiring design layouts.
- Your understanding and ability to adapt retailer restrictions and brand priorities will be the ‘blueprint’ to our POS print.
- Quality control and gate keeper to our impeccable reputation.
- Advanced knowledge in pre-print preparation and limitations

Project Management
- Expertly executing numerous projects from initial client briefing through to pre-print supplier delivery.
- Setting the rhythm with time lines, assigning tasks, monitoring progress and quality control. Schedule and workload control with forward planning
- Consistent quoting, time keeping and cost management
- Performance reporting including SLAs and KPIs
