Job Summary
An exceptional opportunity exists for a seasoned Senior Project/Contract Manager to join Carrington West's dynamic and expanding Construction and Infrastructure business. The role involves supporting clients in delivering diverse construction infrastructure projects and programmes across the South and South East of the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning:
    Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, resources, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Team Leadership:
    Assemble and lead diverse project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to meet project objectives.
  3. Resource Management:
    Effectively allocate and manage resources to achieve project milestones.
  4. Budget Control:
    Monitor and control project costs to ensure adherence to budget.
  5. Risk Management:
    Identify potential risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  6. Contract Management:
    Work within the framework of approved contracts.

Candidate Profile
  • Significant experience managing complex construction projects.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in construction project management.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on a five-day work week.
