Project Budgeting Specialist

CV Library is hiring a skilled Project Budgeting Specialist to lead the development of detailed cost estimates and comprehensive budgets for Civil Engineering projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our Commercial team to analyze project specifications and blueprints.
Main Responsibilities:- Creating detailed cost estimates for Civil Engineering projects, considering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Developing comprehensive budgets and cashflows in collaboration with colleagues.
- Maintaining project cost monitoring and providing regular updates on budgetary status.
The ideal candidate should have experience as an Estimator, preferably with a background in Ground Works or Civil Engineering. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
